- Download the silent MP4.
- Open "original sound - efnanbashar" on TikTok, tap Use this sound, and pick your video.
- Leave the start at 0:00: it lines up with the kitchen take from the first frame.
- Turn on the AI-generated content label and post.
Reels and Shorts
Post the MP4 with the song as it is. If you'd rather use the platform's music, post the silent one, add "BAD TIMES" by Imael Angel and slide the start until the chorus lands on the charge at the camera.
Out of sync?
The file with the song is already lined up. If it drifts after posting, the app has trimmed or moved the sound: post the silent MP4 and add the sound from 0:00 instead, or check that you didn't trim the start of the video.
