Bad Times CapCut template vs an AI video
A CapCut template is someone else's edit with slots for your photos or clips; what your photo turns into depends on the template. An AI video made from your photo is built for the argument itself: you, in the kitchen, every move, with the song.

What a template gives you
- The song and the cuts are already in place.
- Your photos or clips go into the creator's slots; how much of the argument your photo does depends on the template.
- Free, or CapCut Pro for some, and only in the CapCut app.
What an AI video from your photo gives you
- You do the whole argument, from the head grab to the finger in the lens.
- Your face, hair and clothes from your photo, in the kitchen from the original.
- The song lined up, plus a silent copy for TikTok's sound.
- A free preview first, then one-time packs (see pricing).
Which to pick
- You want to be the one arguing: an AI video from your photo.
- You want a quick edit with the song over your own clips: a CapCut template.
Templates: questions
Is there an official Bad Times CapCut template?
No. The templates are made by CapCut users; there is no official one from Imael Angel or TikTok.
Do I need CapCut to post the AI video?
No. Download the MP4 and post it straight to TikTok, Reels or Shorts; it already has the song.
